More than coffee

At Monsalve Mountain Café, our story begins on two paths that met over coffee. She is a 25-year-old Colombian woman who grew up around coffee traditions and now calls New York home. He is a Polish traveler who fell in love with the origin, the farmers, and the roots behind every cherry. Together, they built a company that respects heritage and serves it with a fresh, modern spirit.
